GOTHIC QUARTER SCAVENGER HUNT 

Get ready for an adventure through time in Barcelona’s enchanting Gothic Quarter — the heart of the old medieval city, once surrounded by ancient walls.  

After a shot trip to the Old city area, where history comes alive at every corner, the interactive treasure hunt will begin among the narrow, winding streets filled with mystery and legends.  

Families will work together in small groups to solve fun riddles, creative challenges, and exciting tasks, collecting shiny gold coins along the way to help uncover the Lost Treasure of Barcelona! 

As part of the experience, we’ll also step inside the magnificent Gothic Cathedral, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks and the gateway to Barcelona’s historic soul. 

The Barcelona Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia stands in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Its stunning façade and intricate spires showcase classic Catalan Gothic architecture. Inside, the high vaulted ceilings and peaceful cloister create a sense of grandeur and serenity. 

A fun fact about the Barcelona Cathedral is that thirteen white geese are always kept in its cloister — one for each year of Saint Eulalia’s life, the cathedral’s patron saint, who was martyred at the age of thirteen.
